368 Music Group is an independent label founded by Jive Recording artist Raheem DeVaughn and his partner, A&R/Talent Manager Andre “The Mayor” Hopson. DeVaughn and Hopson started the label in an effort to create a platform for talented artists and the unique sound of the Washington DC metropolitan area. While it is well know that New York City, Atlanta and Los Angeles are the focal points of the entertainment industry, they’re seeking to begin that same type of movement right here in our nation’s capital.
